Freelance Hr Manager

As a Freelance / Part time HR Manager, you will be expected to manage the end to end HR functions for an SME company of less than 20 team members.
Capabilities on recruitment & hiring is a strong advantage and preferred.
Strategize & implement effective recruitment & hiring process
Manages the Employee on-boarding, maintenance, company culture & discipline programs, and exit
Manages the Organization Development plans & programs of the company
Supports in building the winning culture of Fourtify
This is a hands-on role managing day to day related matters.
A freelance candidate with flexible time is most ideal for this role.
