Conduct investigation process efficiently within SLA. Properly record results of investigation in tools provided Identify and implement step by step course of action for fraud cases. Communicate within the team regarding the case Monitor cases and do basic mitigating actions Suggest other mitigating actions Perform investigative analysis. What you should have: Microsoft Office Suite – active user, main focus on Excel and automation of reports Anti money laundering and organized crime prevention experience Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
