ResponsibilitiesAssists the Franchising Manager in lead sourcing activities such as presentations to companies, business prospects, mall/property developers, and trade/professional associations.Follows up on all leads generated through expos and other lead-generating activities.Responsible for efficient handling of franchise applications.Handles all franchise inquiries (calls, emails, personal visits).Processes all franchisee applications and handles inquiries related to franchise applications.Conducts paper screening of application forms to check the completeness of data and documents submitted.Handles compliance records of franchisees.Manages the franchise scorecard.Handles administrative functions such as database management, franchise profile records, and similar roles.Collaborates with cross-departments to achieve administrative goals (contract management, document submission, compliance, and similar functions).RequirementsAt least 2-3 years of experience in handling Franchise Applications, inquiries, and Franchise compliance.Preferably with experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Site Acquisition, Leasing, or Franchising.Effective communication skills.Willing to work in Quezon City and may do fieldwork when necessary.Working LocationRamcar Group of Companies, 80-82, Ramcar Center Building, Don A.
