SUMMARY OF ROLE
Maxeon is seeking an FP&A Manufacturing Manager - Consolidation to perform consolidation functions of Financial data (COGS) specific for the manufacturing business units of the company (PH, MY, US, SG).
He/she reports to the FP&A Department Manager and will be responsible for forecasting, on-demand reporting, and fluctuation analyses for management and financial reporting.
This position requires a strategic mindset while still being very detail-oriented with the analysis and forecast of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
**Key Responsibilities**:
Performs consolidation of financial data (specifically COGS) from different Maxeon sites
Partner with business leaders/site FP&As to ensure proper schedules and timing is being followed
Coordinate consolidation and timing for each planning cycle to site leaders cascade deliverables
Monitor and discuss the progress of company-wide targets
Present financial results and reporting packages to the Business leads, his direct staff, and senior finance management team
**Provides FP&A support on the following**:
AOP, MYP, BOQ and CRR process
ACTUAL reporting
Variance analysis and fluxes
Develops financial models to support strategic and growth initiatives and influence business decisions via scenario planning
Drive improvements on reporting tools and processes
Identifying gaps and creating resolution options along with a recommended solution as best-in-class practice as a guide for effective budgeting process improvement in mind
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels and collaborate with partners across an international organization
Strong business sense with the ability to utilize financial data to influence company decision making
Experienced in developing and presenting business plans, models, and financial forecasts to senior management including M&A scenarios
Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
Strong verbal and written communication skills, practiced across time zones
Successful process improvements and system implementations with a continuous improvement mentality
Cross-functional team participation and leadership
Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic company environment
Willingness to own building of complex models when needed
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
2+ years of people management experience
Willing to work on flexible time to support various time-zones
Education
BA/BS - Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
Advanced degree is an advantage - CPA, MBA, CFA, CMA, CFA
