Job Description Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to: Assist in the monthly group management reporting process including financial results review and preparation of presentations to Group Finance.Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports with commentary to managementPerform variance analysis per business unit/ department and communicate with budget owners about financial results.Collaboration with Accounting team to ensure accurate classification of expensesBusiness partnering to key stakeholders and senior management, provide strategic views to ensure profitability of the businessContribute to the design and implementation of management reporting policies and processAssist in the automation of financial KPI dashboard in Tableau (group BI tool)Support the group annual budget processDrives process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications It could be you, if you have An experience with accounting operations, internal controls and financial planning and analysis,With a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in finance functions, ideally in international organizationsA clear communication in English with managers, direct reports, coworkers, and external parties;Strong people skills and the ability to proactively address problems;An advanced understanding and application of data analysis and Excel, with Good command of Pack Office;A capability of translating strategy into an executable plan and tangible actionsA "Yes we can" attitude, fast learner, detailed oriented and autonomous;A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;Strong communication skills; well organized; both people and process driven;Experienced and comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers; ability, willingness, and enthusiasm to take on and execute projects autonomously and proactively; strong sense of ownership; internal customer focused;Fluent English. Another language is a plus. Additional Information It also helps if you: Are familiar with specialized Oracle NetSuite accounting software , Tableau
