Foundation Assistant

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, social sciences, business administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in NGO, educational foundation, sustainability, or non-profit management
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging various audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of CSR principles: sustainability, community engagement, and ethical practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Responsibilities:
• Organize foundation communications and management.
• Maintain a system for proposal deadlines and reporting.
• Communicate with foundations for grant agreements and inquiries.
• Facilitate mid-year and final reports.
• Maintain spreadsheets and fundraising records.
• Identify new funding opportunities.
• Support foundation application preparation.
• Coordinate foundation recognition efforts.
• Develop and implement best practices.
• Keep EFI engaged and satisfied.
• Manage EFI membership in the Association of Foundations.
• Accept other assigned duties.


Work Location: Salcedo Village, Makati
Salary Range: 18k to 21.5k + Benefits


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
