Foundation Assistant

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, social sciences, business administration, or related field2-3 years of experience in NGO, educational foundation, sustainability, or non-profit managementStrong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging various audiencesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong understanding of CSR principles: sustainability, community engagement, and ethical practicesAbility to work collaboratively in a team and independently Responsibilities: Organize foundation communications and management.Maintain a system for proposal deadlines and reporting.Communicate with foundations for grant agreements and inquiries.Facilitate mid-year and final reports.Maintain spreadsheets and fundraising records.Identify new funding opportunities.Support foundation application preparation.Coordinate foundation recognition efforts.Develop and implement best practices.Keep EFI engaged and satisfied.Manage EFI membership in the Association of Foundations.Accept other assigned duties.

Salary Range: 18k to 21.5k + Benefits
