? Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 2 -3 years of experience in NGO, Educational Foundation, sustainability, non-profit management, or a related area.
? Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? A strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, including sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business practices.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
