We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents.

List of vacant position: (HIRING)
Customer Service Representative
Technical Support Representative
Sales/Retail Representative
Travel and Hotel Associate
Healthcare Specialist
Financial Associate
Telemarketer

General Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers' needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using provided scripts and procedures.
know the company products, services, policies, and procedures during training period to effectively address customer inquiries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.

Qualifications:
Can attend onsite interview (Ortigas SM Megamall)
At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate (Not currently enrolled)
With or without BPO/ call center experience (voice, chat, back office/ non-voice accounts) (Not currently employed)
Above average or Conversant in English communication skills
Amenable to working onsite
Bpo Experience is a plus!
Good Typing Skills
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
18 years old and above
Salary negotiable
