We're looking for a Food Technologist and Production Manager for 1919 Chocolate! Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards Supervise and provide guidance to the team of production assistants Develop and implement optimal production schedules Establish and enforce quality control measures for compliance throughout the production process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall production efficiency Implement and maintain relevant certifications, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Manage inventory levels and production schedules for timely product delivery Maintain comprehensive documentation of production processes, quality control protocols, and R&D findings. Ideal candidate should be: Eager to learn all aspects of chocolate making Knowledgeable in production lines and kitchen organization Knowledgeable in stock and inventory management Used to working with urgency and attention to detail A Team Leader who oversees the work, performance and development of the Production Assistants Uphold standards of personal and workplace cleanliness Understands and constantly studies current food trends Positive personality, team leader Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
2-3 years of experience in F&B, commissary/kitchen management, or food production or as QA
