DescriptionManage and oversee the entire F&B department within SWNG Golf Lounge to ensure superior guest satisfaction.Train and lead a dedicated team to meet the high standards expected in the sports and recreation industry.Create and enforce inventory and equipment controls, while actively engaging in menu development.Coordinate with other departments to provide a seamless entertainment experience for our golf enthusiasts.Maintain health and safety regulations, always prioritizing the wellbeing of guests and staff.RequirementsEducational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field.Experience Level:
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in food and beverage service, including supervisory roles.Skills and Competencies:
