Fmcg Innovation Development Manager

Leading the creation and execution of strategies and plans for assigned projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
To meet or exceed project milestones and targets, such as revenue, profitability, volume, and market share.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Identify potential markets, new product lines, or customer segments that offer growth opportunities for the company.
-Build relationships with potential partners, suppliers, or customers to expand the company's reach.
-Create business strategies that explore innovative ideas for revenue generation.
-Conduct market research to assess new trends, competitive products, and consumer demands.
-Negotiate deals and contracts to develop new partnerships and collaborations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, or any related course
-With 5 years of relevant experience
-With 2 years of experience in Leadership / Managerial role in FMCG company
-Proven experience in Business Analysis and Planning, New Product Development, Brand Strategy and Development, Brand Activation, Forecasting
-Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig
