FLEET SUPERVISOR

 

Job Qualifications:
Preferably a Mechanical Engineer.

Has an experience in heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Have good leadership skills; experience in handling people in a supervisory capacity.

Background in PLC is an advantage.

Must be keen on details with an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Has good organizational and time management, and documentation skills.

Has good communication and coordination skills, with good moral character.

Computer Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assign work to subordinates on daily activities and monitor productivity closely.

Ensures zero downtime during operating hours.

Reports daily equipment status and updates to the Fleet Manager.

Maintains Fleet documents and records updated (Equipment Checklist, Requisition/Issue Slip, Work Order, Equipment History Record, Accomplishment Report / IAR, Hot Work Permit, etc.)

Arranges and monitor subordinates' daily work schedule according to planned activities.

Ensures that the work environment is health hazard fee, well organized, and above all, safe from any disaster, i.e., earthquake, fire, etc.

Ensures the wearing of PPE on subordinates while at work.

Ensures that all activities in the Fleet are documented. Hazardous waste generated shall be properly disposed of or stored, like oil waste or chemical waste (if any) at the assigned storage facility.

Performs other duties directed by the superior/management.

Maintains good housekeeping at all times.

Complies with the basic health, safety, and environmental guidelines mandated by the company.
