Fleet Supervisor (For Delivery Hub)

In-charge of the overall truck fleet operation. Responsible for coordinating the usage of motor vehicles in the yard which includes fleet maintenance records, GPS monitoring, and all pre-trip and post-trip documentation. The Fleet Supervisor leads and manages the dispatch team, drivers and related field employees.Qualifications:1.Bachelors Degree of any course, preferably in Logistics/Operations2.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field as Supervisor or equivalent.3.Must be keen in planning, scheduling and routing of truck fleet4.Preferably with experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Makes plan, schedule and route of trucks to maximize productivity and efficiency of drivers2.Ensure SOP and Safety Policies are implemented at all times 3.Ensure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced as scheduled4.Effectively coordinate and communicate with clients and partner forwarders5.Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met6.Monitor and control the driver and truck activities7.Monitor and maintain records of Accident and Incident Reports8.Appraising staff performance and also taking disciplinary measures when required9.Arranging for the induction and trainings of all drivers, including newly hired10.Assist in leading and directing strategic planning for logistics and transportation route11.Oversee the monitoring and documentation of the daily transportation schedule12.Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures13.Maintaining accurate administrative records14.Oversee and maintains a complete inventory system through recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
