Fleet Service Associate/Officer - Makati

Job Responsibilities:

Process P.O / M.O (Maintenance Order)  
On site Vehicle Checklist
Process Accounts Payable, Reimbursement & Invoices
Process Delivery Reports
Handling delivery of the Vehicles under lease
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in bank operations and  car fleet management
Knowledgable in banking internal policies and documentation is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills
Outstanding time management skills
