Overview: As the Fleet Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of fleet sales operations. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive fleet sales growth, establish and maintain relationships with fleet customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key job responsibilities include: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive fleet sales growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's fleet customer base. Establish and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, including corporate clients, rental car companies, government agencies, and other organizations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns targeting fleet customers. Work closely with the product development team to ensure that the company's fleet offerings meet the needs and preferences of fleet customers. Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the fleet sales market. Prepare and present regular reports on fleet sales performance, including sales forecasts, sales pipelines, and key performance indicators.
