DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Fuel request process and monitor fleet card
2.
PMS Plan and schedule
3.
Create and process service order for spare parts thru LN system and follow up to purchasing department
4.
Monthly truck tools inventory
5.
Monitor OR/CR expiry advice head office for LTO Process.
6.
Maintain accurate records vehicle maintenance and repairs, including service histories and work orders.
7.
Ask auto parts stores for quotes on the lowest cost replacement parts.
8.
Monitor Truck repair versus target plan.
9.
Give truck drivers a checklist of BLOWBAG system procedures to follow.
10.
Monitor the Budget and expenses.
11.
Prepare and submit technical reports required by logistics Manager
12.
Receiving and releasing of fleet items / materials.
13.
Manage vehicle emergency rescue.
14.
Conduct regular inspection of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability
15.
Monitoring of fleet / company cars tracking thru cart rack.
16.
Monitor and analyze motor pool operation to identify for improvement in efficiency and cost - effectivebess.
