Job Summary At Intelligent E-Processes Technologies Corp. (IETC), we have a large and ever-growing fleet of vehicles that we use for a variety of purposes, from company cars (compact MPVs and Vans) to Manlift Truck. We are looking for an experienced fleet administrator to manage this fleet and ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a fleet of vehicles, as well as knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. He or she will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing all maintenance and repair work, as well as coordinating with the purchasing department to order new vehicles and parts. The fleet supervisor will also be responsible for keeping track of all vehicle registrations and insurance.
Duties & Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures Monitor and coach drivers on their performance, providing feedback and guidance to improve safety and efficiency Investigate and document accidents and incidents, working with insurance providers as needed Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers using routing software, taking into account customer needs and driver availability Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are kept in good working order Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance costs Work with vendors to purchase new vehicles and negotiate lease terms for leased vehicles Manage the budget for the fleet department, keeping costs under control Stay up-to-date on relevant gov't. agencies (PNP, HPG, MMDA, LGU, etc.) regulations and ensure that the fleet is in compliance Train new drivers on company policies and procedures Hire and train new staff as needed Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree holder (with relevant certification is desired) Substantial experience in fleet management, transportation, or similar role Working knowledge of fleet maintenance software programs Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members With valid Philippine driver's license
