Responsibilities :
Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
Associate Relations: Prepares AR documentation, AR-related reports for audit/validation and must be submitted on designated time Handles AR related administrative tasks such as tracking and uploading of AR related documents inpany tools including but not limited to AR Trackers, Salesforce and Workday Assist in responding to associate concerns, inquiries and requests received by the Associate Relations team and ensure that inquiries are responded timely and logged accurately, escalates to Sr. HR Specialist or Pr. HR Specialist when needed Provide logistics/administrative assistance in department or organization wide programs/events Discusses personal development plan with line manager and provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle. May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub functions within HR. Basic Qualifications: Educational Background: Associate Relations: College Graduate or with equivalent work experience Skills Required: Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and regulations, excellent oral and writtenmunication skills, customer focus Preferred Qualifications: Preferably graduate of Psychology, Legal Management, Business Administration, or any related course. Relevant work experience in human resources
