FIXED ASSEST SUPERVISOR
(1) Financial Accounting & Reporting:
(a) Prepare Fixed Asset Register, Fixed Asset Lapsing, and Investment Portfolio.
(b) Track and analyze asset-related expenses.
(c) Support Assistant Manager with asset data.
(2) Month-End & Year-End Closing
(a) Reconcile fixed asset ledger.
(b) Review depreciation schedules and adjustments.
(c) Ensure asset records align with the books.
(3) Team Supervision & Development
(a) Supervise asset management team.
(b) Provide training on asset tracking standards.
(c) Conduct asset-related evaluations.
(4) Internal Controls & Process Improvement
(a) Ensure asset management policy compliance.
(b) Conduct asset audits regularly.
(c) Coordinate with auditors on asset matters.
(5) Policy Development
(a) Create asset management policies.
(b) Update asset tracking standards.
(c) Oversee SOPs for asset-related processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and fixed asset management modules.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements in the gaming and hospitality industry.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally and resolve issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
3. Other Requirements:

- Ability to travel occasionally for asset verifications if required.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the online gaming, hotel, or casino industries.
- Experience with gaming revenue recognition, regulatory compliance, and multi-entity accounting.
