We are looking for 5 TEAM LEADERS to join our Davao team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Preferably Female
• At least more than 1 year Team Lead experience handling an inbound account
• Ability to successfully meet deadlines and work under pressure with pressing timelines
• Confidence in delivery and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong sense of ownership, highly productive and efficient

Responsibilities:
• Monitors team performance and oversees day-to-day operations
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of account/s
• Provides feedback and coaching to a team of customer service agents
• Drives performance, motivates and reinforces teamwork
• Communicates relevant information to the team on a timely basis
• Provide feedback and quality evaluation
• Recognizes high performance and rewards accomplishments
