Job description
- Monitoring the health condition of all workforce including Preparedness: Ensuring readiness for various types of emergencies through training, drills, and planning.
- Communication: Maintaining effective communication channels to disseminate information to relevant stakeholders, including the public, other response teams, and authorities.
- Assessment: Conducting rapid assessments of the situation to determine the extent of the emergency and the resources needed for an effective response.
- Evacuation: Implementing evacuation plans when necessary to move people out of harm's way.
- Medical Assistance: Providing medical assistance and first aid to injured individuals until professional medical help arrives.
-Documentation and Reporting: Documenting the details of the emergency response, including actions taken, resources used, and outcomes, for analysis, evaluation, and future planning.
- Attending accident/incident and first aid
- Assist in every health and Safety trainings
- Implementation of Project Occupational Health Program
- Process and obtain Memorandum of Agreement with Hospital
- Review of validity and fitness to work of all project site personnel.
- Other occupational health related duties.
- Immediate Medical Response

Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized organization such as the Red Cross or a similar body.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), often included in comprehensive first aid courses.
- Training in the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
