Our GBS Manila Office is looking for a service-minded First Line Maintenance Support Engineer who will be part of our Team.
We are looking for someone who has: A Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course.Two (2) years of experience in technical/maintenance and operations in a Global Business Services catering to oil and gas; clientele is an advantage but not required.Experience working in a multicultural environment; experience in a shared services environment is an advantage.The ability to coordinate and communicate with internal and external overseas partners and counterparts.The ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.Initiative and the ability to make decisions within scope, procedure, and guidelines.A structured, accurate, systematic approach with the ability to deliver within deadlines.A result and business-oriented mindset.Motivation to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.Technical and Competencies that you need to bring: Knowledge of Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP systems.Familiarity with building and developing hierarchy structure and different planned maintenance tasks in CMMS systems.Knowledge in reading and interpreting Mechanical and Electrical Detailed Drawings, Block diagrams, and P&ID.Your Mission: Evaluate, solve, and complete continuous improvements within the CMMS system according to workflow.Assist Maintenance Engineers in the establishment of new hierarchies, maintenance activities, and allocation of basic data for new equipment or units.Review documentation and extract relevant data for the CMMS system.Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.Why you should join our team: The Odfjell group recognizes that the shift to renewable energy requires a new way of thinking.
