First Aid Trainers

SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE (Please include your salary expectation)
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Requirements and Qualifications

Must hold a college degree, preferably in a medical or any related field.Must have completed formal training in first aid.Flexible in adapting to various teaching scenarios and environments.Possess prior experience in first aid training and class facilitation.Strong communication skills and an ability to engage learners effectively.
Program Expectations
Facilitate classes in alignment with Besafe's curriculum map and course outline.Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.Show proficiency with first aid equipment and tools.Apply knowledge of learning theories to teaching practice.Understand and implement various assessment methods to gauge student progress.To Gain TESDA NTTC License in a span of 1 year. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a trainer you will focus on the following primary areas:
a. Development of training modules for first aid and emergency medical services,
evaluation and assessment tools for students
b. Actual handling and facilitating classroom theoretical discussions with demonstrations.
c. Assess training needs arising from the actual class discussions
d. Monitor student progress

Salary Package:
Negotiable
Contract Duration and Employment requirements
3 months trainee
6 months probationary
Regular Status
50/50 HMO upon regularization

ADDITIONAL: QUALIFICATION With atleast experience in Medical Field such as Nursing or EMTWith experience in First Aid processCandidate must be willing to Travel (All expense paid by the company)Graduate of BS Nursing or any courseWilling to undergo training, Seminar for 2 -3 monthsSalary is Negotiable, Depending on Skills, Experience and trainingCandidate must have a HIGH CONFIDENCE in speaking in Public or Crowd area (Seminar Type)
