SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE (Please include your salary expectation) WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAYRequirements and Qualifications- Must hold a college degree, preferably in a medical or any related field.- Must have completed formal training in first aid.- Flexible in adapting to various teaching scenarios and environments.- Possess prior experience in first aid training and class facilitation.- Strong communication skills and an ability to engage learners effectively.Program Expectations- Facilitate classes in alignment with Besafe's curriculum map and course outline.- Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.- Show proficiency with first aid equipment and tools.- Apply knowledge of learning theories to teaching practice.- Understand and implement various assessment methods to gauge student progress.- To Gain TESDA NTTC License in a span of 1 year.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:As a trainer you will focus on the following primary areas:a. Development of training modules for first aid and emergency medical services,evaluation and assessment tools for studentsb. Actual handling and facilitating classroom theoretical discussions with demonstrations.c. Assess training needs arising from the actual class discussionsd.
