QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
with Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training (COSH) is an advantage but not preferred.
At least 3-5 years experience in Fire Protection.
Knowledge of Electronic Systems like FDAS, Smoke detectors, Fire alarms, Photovoltaic, CCTV, and Security systems is an advantage.
Willing to be deployed in Major Metro Cities and Provinces in the Philippines.
Committed to being on call and working long hours/ night time when needed.
Adept in 2D AutoCAD, basic 3D, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
Good in written and oral communication

Responsibilities:
Fire prevention and protection engineers analyze buildings, transportation systems, and materials for potential fire hazards and design fire prevention and suppression systems.
Works with the Mechanical Designers to deliver mechanical design solutions such as ventilation, air conditioning, and fire system in compliance with the approved design and code requirements.
Ensuring that all mechanical and fire protection plans are reviewed and within the requirement and design parameters.
Research and propose innovative mechanical and fire protection design solutions for time, cost and construction efficiency.
Preparing specifications for purchases of materials needed at the site. Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
Overseeing and maintaining the mechanical fire system equipment of the company.
