The Financing Program Sales Representative provides payment solutions to customers in support of acquiring Oracle and Partner products and services.
This mid-level position serves the small-to-mid-sized marketplace, utilizing a programmatic approach to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-volume, small-to-mid-sized deals, short cycle sales environment to include Oracle Digital, NetSuite and Partners.
Primarily operates inside Oracle offices, connecting with sales colleagues and customers electronically.
Helps with the development of demand generation campaigns.
Participates with Oracle product sales in forecast reviews.
Works closely with Oracle cloud, license, hardware, consulting, support and other Oracle services sales teams to identify customers that will benefit from payment plans and acquisition solutions.
Qualifies potential opportunities in the Oracle leads pipeline.
Evangelizes the financial sales value proposition with Oracle Sales and Customers.
Works with Customers to understand their issues and objectives.
Assesses customer financial profile and obtains credit and business approvals.
Creates pricing and proposals for Oracle Sales and Customers.
Generates and negotiates payment contracts.
Assists with the contract review and signing process.
Contributes independently.
Completes own role largely independently with some assistance and guidance.
Displays an understanding of role, policies, processes, and procedures.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising judgment within defined policies and processes to determine the appropriate action.
Employees may be asked to perform other duties as necessary.
2 plus years of sales experience, with prior Oracle Digital Sales experience a plus.
Presentation skills.
Familiarity with credit, financial analysis, financial concepts, and financial pricing.
BA/BS in Business, Finance or Economics.
Experience in IT financing and leasing is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with mid-to-high level decision makers.
Ability to work independently.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation.
Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

Oracle Financing provides customers with the easiest and most affordable way to acquire IT solutions, including both point solutions from Oracle and complex, multi-vendor systems with software, hardware and services from Oracle and Oracle partners.
Oracle Financing closes $ 2.5 billion annually, supporting all Oracle Products and Services and distribution channels, in over 60 countries.
This function includes supporting Oracle's inside sales teams in a high-velocity environment, as well as providing support on larger more strategic transactions.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Provide Oracle NetSuite Sales and Sales Management payment solutions and procurement facilities for complex customer transactions.
This includes pricing, structuring, proposing, and negotiating transactions.
- Work with customer executives to develop tailored payment, leasing and financing solutions; may include collaboration on in-depth accounting treatments, to help enable the sale.
- Support Oracle NetSuite Sales programmatically
- Train Oracle NetSuite Sales and partner sales personnel on the variety of payment solutions available, as well as how to identify opportunities for accelerating technology sales through OFD engagement
- Continue to develop and expand Oracle Financing's business within Oracle NetSuite

**Qualifications**:

- Strong sales background, with 3 years or more selling to businesses and organizations.
- Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus
- Passion for enabling customer acquisition of technology products and services
- Strong understanding and familiarity with financial concepts, financial analysis, financial structuring using spreadsheets and financial markets.
Finance or leasing industry experience preferred.
- Able to develop sales training materials and present sales training seminars.
- Exceptional contract negotiation skills and ability to engage the "C" level
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions

- Detailed IT accounting knowledge and tax competency skills are desirable
