The Financial Systems Manager is responsible for leading project coordination, management and deployment of financial systems and Enterprise Resource Planning, including financial analysis and monitoring, financial process improvement, and consultative oversight to HFH programs in Asia-Pacific.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:**Project Preparation - Assessment**:- Analyze current procedures, reports and capacity of user groups.- Gather and document requirements and resource needs.- Provide the recommendations related to implementation of related projects.- Lead or support Project Manager/s in setup, testing and rollout of projects as assigned.**Project Management**:- Lead and perform the role as Project Manager if assigned- Coordinate with and communicate to Project Sponsor, Project Manager and key stakeholders as necessary.- Track and report project milestones to Project Manager.- Resolve issues and solve problems in the responsible areas throughout the project cycle.- Perform any tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.**User Training**:- Prepare manuals and training materials for the projects- Conduct the necessary training to respective user groups in Asia Pacific.**Global Work Groups including Enterprise Resource Planning Project**:- Participates in global work groups focused on business processes and financial systems.- Support analysis and roll out activities as assigned.**Process and Control Standardization**:- Develop standard financial processes, guidelines, and setup required by the assigned projects (including but not limited to analysis dimensions, reports, business rules and user groups).- Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.**Minimum Requirements**:**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, economics or financeYears of Related Experience:- Six years of financial management.**Qualifications**:- Experience in project management, documentation, implementation, and training- Experience in managing different cultures and virtual teams- Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
