Panoptik Global is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team.
This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and compliance with established regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
-Review budget performance reports and analyze variances between approved budgets and expenditures.
-Promptly report significant discrepancies to the Supervisor and Project Manager.
-Assist in project-level financial monitoring and tracking of financial report due dates.
-Evaluate budget proposals to ensure alignment with prevailing market rates.
-Draft donor financial reports for compliance with regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
Education:
-University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
-At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
-Proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and creating dashboards and interactive reports.
-Strong background in financial management, donor requirements, budget monitoring, and internal controls.
-Skilled in data analysis and report writing.
