Financial Reporting Section Manager

Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting Functions (Daily / As Needed and Monthly)Accounts Payable FunctionsWork with the Financial Report Section to ensure the veracity of the financial reportsAssess each team member to ensure they are able to manage their workload and perform their responsibilities as expected.Continually initiate projects/changes that would improve processes within the FRS Section and Accounting DepartmentCoordinate with other departments such as the Production Group, Marketing Group, Administrative departments to maximize work performance, ensure data accuracy and creativity to solve problems during the course of work.Job Qualifications: Preferably CPAWith at least 5 years of experience in accountingERP familiarity is an advantageStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsMust have effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, assertive, well organized and persistent
