Job Description
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course; CPA preferred3-7 years of relevant, hands-on accounting & bookkeeping experienceProven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance ManagerProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulationsProvide recommendationsAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databasesManaging a variety of tasks with competing priorities and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to direct and supervise
Job Qualification
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Financial Reporting Services departmentMonitoring and analyzing accounting data, tax compliance and produce financial reports or statementsEstablishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principlesEnsure compliance with deadlines of accounting activities, financial reporting, government regulatory requirements, tax compliance, and year-end auditEnsure accounting systems, standards, policies and procedures are properly carried outTraining of subordinates. Ensure each subordinate receives whatever training is necessary for job competenceOversee the cash flows and treasury matters of the CompanyMust be willing to work in Makati
