The FP&A Supervising Associate is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. This includes developing and maintaining financial models, conducting benchmarking and process analysis, and providing financial insights to support the company's strategic goals. The role requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making regarding Direct Costs, Rank Mix, IDC, FTE, and OPEX Analysis. Analyze current and past financial data and performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement. Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive management, highlighting key financial and operational metrics including Non Financials such as FTE, charge hours, and utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights that drive business strategy. Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and actionable insights. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools. Assist in Month-end close process Execute ad-hoc analysis as needed by leader Qualifications: Must be able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate, CPA or CMA is preferred Minimum of eight (5) years of experience in related field Above average MS Excel skills Knowledgeable in SAP
