Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The FP&A Manager works primarily in an office, with occasional travel for meetings or site visits, and may work extended hours during peak reporting periods.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP, BI tools)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
• Develop financial models, conduct forecasting, analyze performance, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting, collaborate for financial alignment, and prepare presentations for senior management.
• Prepare accurate financial reports with variance analysis, develop KPIs for monitoring performance, and present them to stakeholders.
• Support financial strategy, evaluate against plans, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage financial analysts, fostering continuous improvement.

Salary Range: 50k to 70k + Benefits
