About the Job:Join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager where you'll drive strategic decision-making through insightful financial projections and analyses. You'll play a crucial role in forecasting revenues, structuring costs, and guiding capital budgeting decisions, ensuring our client stays ahead in a dynamic market landscape. Scope & Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.Analyze past financial performance and identify trends to improve financial outcomes.Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization. Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecast updates.Work closely with department heads to understand their financial needs and ensure alignment with overall company goals.Prepare and review budget presentations for senior management. Reporting Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and explanations.Develop dashboards and financial KPIs to monitor company performance.Present financial results to senior management and stakeholders. Financial Strategy Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements. Ad-Hoc Analysis Perform ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions.Provide support for mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, and other financial initiatives. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools). Preferred Qualifications: MBA preferred.Willingness to occasionally travel for meetings or site visits as required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
