The FP&A Manager will lead the financial forecasting, budgeting process, and operational analysis within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Financial Forecasting and Strategy: Lead the financial forecasting process, including the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning efforts. Analyze financial and operational results to understand and report underlying causes of variances and develop action plans. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management that summarize the company's financial status. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and analytics to support decision-making. Operational Support: Partner with department heads and operational leaders to provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic decisions. Assist in setting and tracking financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Cost Analysis and Reduction: Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities by analyzing financial performance, business processes, and operational constraints . Capital Management: Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, and divestitures for their financial viability and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial metrics and business trends to stakeholders, including presenting to senior management, board members, and external partners. Team Leadership: Manage and develop the FP&A team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is highly preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and experience with financial planning and analysis software tools. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing a team. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information and complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial personnel. Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Job type: Permanent
