• With 3 or 5 years experience in managerial role
• Must possess excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial information and identify areas of concern or improvement.
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills Required:
• Creating a template for financial ratios including liquidity, efficiency, leverage, profitability and market value ratio.
• Review previous years Financial Statements
• Comparing Historical to Current year data
• Variance Analysis of Company's Data vs Minimum
Standard, bank standard, Targets, Industry Best and Industry Average.
• Create Financial Plan Template
