Non-Negotiable Requirements: Graduate of BS AccountancyCertified Public Accountant (CPA)2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Controllership Job Description: Revenue Management: Significant experience in managing revenue, performing reconciliations, and financial reporting and analysis.Controls Adherence: Ensure adherence to approved accounting and administrative controls.General Accounting: Perform general accounting activities for accurate and timely financial recording and reporting. This includes report development, account analysis, and financial analysis to highlight potential operational issues or performance measurement discrepancies.Budget Activities: Assist the Finance Manager/Financial Controller in budget activities and in achieving the company's budget commitments concerning operating profit and revenue.Revenue and Cost Forecasting: Consolidate monthly revenue and cost forecasts, ensure timely and accurate revenue billing (automatic or manual), and correctly post adjustments.Reporting: Prepare various periodic financial and administrative reports for top management and service managers, such as profit and loss statements and revenue variance analyses.Process Implementation: Assist the Finance team in ensuring quality, timely, and accurate process implementation and reporting.**Special Projects:** Assist in special projects requiring financial analysis as requested by management.
