Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Controllership

Job Description:
- Revenue Management: Significant experience in managing revenue, performing reconciliations, and financial reporting and analysis.
- Controls Adherence: Ensure adherence to approved accounting and administrative controls.
- General Accounting: Perform general accounting activities for accurate and timely financial recording and reporting. This includes report development, account analysis, and financial analysis to highlight potential operational issues or performance measurement discrepancies.
- Budget Activities: Assist the Finance Manager/Financial Controller in budget activities and in achieving the company's budget commitments concerning operating profit and revenue.
- Revenue and Cost Forecasting: Consolidate monthly revenue and cost forecasts, ensure timely and accurate revenue billing (automatic or manual), and correctly post adjustments.
- Reporting: Prepare various periodic financial and administrative reports for top management and service managers, such as profit and loss statements and revenue variance analyses.
- Process Implementation: Assist the Finance team in ensuring quality, timely, and accurate process implementation and reporting.
- **Special Projects:** Assist in special projects requiring financial analysis as requested by management.

Background and Essential Skills:
- Detail-oriented and willing to be hands-on
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
- Team player with leadership skills and a commitment to quality performance and output
- Confident in dealing with various stakeholders
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary
- Strong multitasking skills
- Degree in Accounting or related major
- Professional Accounting qualification
- Minimum of two years' experience
- Solid Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to challenge existing procedures for improved efficiency and effectiveness
