Financial Planning & Analysis Officer (Pasig)Jollibee Foods Corporation – Pasig, Metro Manila
The Financial Planning & Analysis Officer will conduct special financial studies related to new business, product initiatives, and scenario analysis. This role will ensure accurate and timely preparation of essential financial reports and contribute to process improvements to enhance business-as-usual operations.
Responsibilities: Collaborates with the Finance Director to develop templates for special studies and scenario analysis (Box Economics, financial impact analysis of cross-site capacity, new product launch impacts on Net Operating Income (NOI).Refreshes calculations periodically and as needed.Prepares presentation materials (decks) for review and communication.Updates and submits assigned monthly report (Inflation Report, Cash Flow Analysis, Price Variance Outlook, and Monitoring).Creates and standardizes processes for efficient business operations (Processes for returns to international vendors, establishing new inflation baskets, etc.).Job Qualifications: A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting and/or in an auditing firm.Preferably, a Certified Public Accountant or holder of equivalent certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA).Proven capability to build and manage large databases for scenario planning, data analysis, and reporting and process improvement.Must possess strong critical and analytical mindset, highly organized, and with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Ortigas, Pasig.
