Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Job Description

• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Assist in gathering inputs and check quality and completeness of report
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and continuously improve processes towards standardization in line of business reporting
• Support the annual audit process by preparing relevant schedules and documentation
• Maximize available databases and resources to build reports to support financial planning, management reporting and other ad-hoc analyses as required/needed by the company.
• Creation of management information reports and dashboards and ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and financial reporting
framework.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years experience in financial reporting or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Quickbooks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
