GrowthAssistant is looking for a Financial Operations Assistant for our growing team. This teammate is involved in efficiently managing projects in alignment with the company standards, which includes specialization in Partnership Operations, Cash Application, Fraud Review Process, and Compliance Request Process, serving as subject matter experts. Additionally, he/she is responsible for actively maintaining and updating documentation for various workflow processes.

Manage project schedules and take proactive measures to escalate blockers or challenges as soon as they appear. Provide suggestions and recommendations as necessary to ensure the successful achievement of project goals. Take ownership of actions as needed as part of the Operations Team. Manage any interruptions or issues that arise during the partnership operations process. Responsible for managing monthly and quarterly Account Initiatives (AIs). Oversee the cash application process and address any challenges or discrepancies as needed. Take part in the fraud review process and handle any interruptions or issues that arise during fraud review. Participate in daily operations on-call reporting. The Requirements Demonstrated experience in business operations and accounting. Proficiency in Google Sheets, including basic data entry and manipulation skills. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a similar customer relationship management tool. Experience with Slack and Gmail as communication tools is preferred. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Can work on the graveyard shift following any US time zone (EST/CST).
