Qualifications: Graduate of AccountancyPreferably a Certified Public Accountant with a background in external auditMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related fieldHas in-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and practicesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applicationsHas exceptional written and verbal communication skillsHas strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesProven team player with a positive and cooperative attitudeAble to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision Duties and Responsibilities: Recommend enhancements to existing AIS, specifically the Financial Information System (FIS) - Business Central (BC), and Loan Information System (LIS) Account Management System (AMS)Liaise with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regarding Computerized Accounting System (CAS) requirements and submit subsequent reporting requirements, if anyStay updated on BIR's automation requirements and recommend continuous updates or alignment of the company's AIS to comply with new regulationsPrepare User Requirements Specifications (URS), Change Request documents, Test Scripts, System Service Requests (SSR), and other related documents required by ICTD for IT-related project documentationConduct functional system testing or user acceptance testing (UAT) before deploying any system fixes or enhancementsCoordinate with ICTD personnel (business analysts, program managers, etc.) or system vendors regarding system requirements, system testing, UAT, and system deployments related to accounting needsWork with accounting users to identify issues related to accounting reports and recommend necessary enhancements or fixes to the systemAttend and represent the accounting division in meetings related to AISCollaborate with Department Heads of the Accounting Division to update their respective Operations Manuals, if necessary, as a result of system enhancementsRecommend automation of manually prepared accounting reports after evaluation and discussion with accounting users
WORK LOCATION: Makati
SALARY RANGE: PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000
