Responsibilities: Responsible for coordination of external audit activitiesResponsible for ensuring financial controlling support to the accounting team in respect to month-end closing and reportingAssisting the senior cluster financial controllers on financial controlling of financial figures and non-financial information on a cluster and group level, including ensuring substantiation of the figures.Ensure compliance with accounting regulations as well as internal procedures through good quality in daily accounting and month end closing processesResponsible for preparing summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence as requestedResponsible for conducting required analysis (within professional capacity) to assist more senior financial controllersResponds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questionsSupport the design and implementation of overall finance transformation initiativesResponsible for ensuring financial controlling support to the accounting team on accounting treatment of transactionsContributes to a working environment and culture which drives the desired mindset of all financial controlling team membersSupports adopting world class trends, and best practices in financial controlling with the goal of ultimately driving cost reduction and quality enhancementSupport the RTR GPO with continually enhancing quality and reducing cost by streamlining processes, procedures, and automationSupports other General Ledger staff in resolving issues raised by themDefines performance goals at the start of the year in coordination with ManagerMonitors work quality and escalate any operational issues in a timely mannerKeeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growthQualifications: Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any Business course. Master's degree is an advantage3-5 years of experience in a financial controlling or accounting position with ability to manage stakeholders and employees in an international contextPreferably some knowledge of IFRSStrong understanding of Finance Accounting, Controlling processesExperience with Finance / Accounting ERP systemsGood planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work and to generate alternatives and solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward business issuesKnowledge and understanding of financial and business management principles with the ability to communicate and prioritize business requirementsExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsMust be highly skilled in MS OfficeFluent English language skills at a business levelHybrid work set-up; 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH
