Financial And Operations Audit Senior Staff

Job Description: Regularly conducts audits of the operations to ensure compliance with ISO & JSOX requirements, internal policies, and government regulations, and to assess effectiveness in meeting company objectives in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan. Prepares audit checklist based on audit scope with reference to company policies, local and international standards, and applicable government regulations. Maintains and updates the database of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and submits a monthly monitoring report on the progress of action taken by the implementing department. Monitors, follows up, and validates the implementation of agreed action items. Conducts special audits as requested by Management. Assists the Unit Head in preparing for and facilitating the IMS certification and surveillance audits. Handles random inspection and verification of company assets, parts, and materials for disposal based on the Disposal Committee disposition. Assists in the assessment of JSOX Company Level Controls, Financial Closing Controls (FCC), Process Level Controls (PLC), and Information Technology General Controls (ITGC). Observes and identifies anticipated problems where areas of controls are weak, discusses and seeks advice from superior on the courses of action to take. Regularly checks updates on the internal auditing standards and ensures adherence. Reports all audit-related activities performed to the immediate superior periodically for proper monitoring and guidance. Performs safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: College Graduate - Industrial or Management Engineering / Accountancy / Information Management / Economics. Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems / Business Systems. Audit experience in SAP. Understands JSOX controls. 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field. Job Type: Full-time
