What is your mission? You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Assist the due diligence process on new development projects, including development proformas and research of market and comparables Support senior management team in data requests on existing community operations Assist data collection, due diligence and closing process during construction and refinance lending events Support Finance, Accounting and Operations teams in annual budget process including project management and template production Manage landlord/property management/lender relationships including meeting reporting requirements Manage the construction draw process across multiple development projects, lenders and general contractors Maintain Investor Database and assist VP of Finance in investor communication requests
Who are we looking for?
Excellent analytical abilities and quantitative skills Effective communication and business writing skills Strong critical thinking, judgment, strategic planning, and problem-solving Highly developed sense of responsibility and initiative, as well as a collaborative attitude Outstanding organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks under pressure Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on finance, accounting, real estate or a related field Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience with exposure to commercial real estate, construction or Senior Housing General understanding of commercial real estate finance, construction, and property operations. Experience in building and using complex financial models. Advanced financial analysis, Microsoft Excel modeling skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Knowledge of Yardi, Juniper Square, Vision LTC, and Vena software platforms is a plus
