BASIC FUNCTION
Position Overview
This position is part of the Sales FP&A team providing support to sales and focuses on providing analysis, forecasting and analyzing financial results. They are key business partners with the sales team and will work with them in a collaborative manner. This is a dynamic position requiring the successful candidate to utilize a broad range of financial, process, operational and strong communication skills; combined with strong business acumen. This person will be part of a team with other analysts and/or senior analysts providing guidance and input from finance to our sales leaders and teammates.
What you'll do at Insight
Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and planning support to business partners and Executive leadership
Provide guidance and recommendations to department and Executive leadership on their forecasts, budgets and all financial aspects of their operational decisions
Assist in creating and updating both revenue and cost and OPEX budgets (Expense, Headcount, etc.)
Assist in creating process improvements and provide recommendations
Assist in the creation of internal reports and dashboards
Gather and organize semi-complex financial data and information
Analyze and interpret financial data for use in management reviews
Identify and drive continuous process improvement efforts
Various ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned
What you'll need to join Insight
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2 years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting function
2 years' experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis or developing
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong accounting and financial knowledge
Ability to articulate revenue and operating expense fluctuations through written communication
Experience manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data
Experience with Power BI a plus
Amenable to work in a night shift and in Pasig for a hybrid set-up.
