Financial Analyst For Construction/Edsa Qc

Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and create financial models.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and identify trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
Evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare presentations for management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain financial databases and systems.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Train and mentor junior financial analysts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Support strategic initiatives and projects.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Excel.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
