Financial Accountant (Makati - Hybrid Set Up)

Responsibilities
• Prepares payments, vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports, and other documents,
including the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions, ensures that all invoices
and staff reimbursements are paid in accordance with accounting policies and procedures, and
coordinate with service providers and employees the timely and accurate issuance of payments.
• Reconciles accounts receivable and general ledger accounts, including managing the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable to ensure that revenues and receivables are recorded accurately at any given time.
• Prepares cash forecast periodically for ETS London remittances to ensure all company expenses,
and outstanding transactions/purchases are covered. Gathers all necessary data in preparation of
the annual budget.
