**Key Accountabilities**:
**Alteryx Project Management**
- Consult with business stakeholders and technical teams on process improvement opportunities, define and document overall project goals, system and process design, deliverables, and timeline
- Identify and evaluate finance processes that can be automated through Alteryx to streamline business processes in a scalable and sustainable manner
- Manage projects once assigned from needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, and build strong internal relationships
- Organize and conduct pre
- and post-launch activities including UAT, training, process documentation and system support
- Communicate with key stakeholders and technical teams on status of projects
**Alteryx Governance**
- Manage distribution of Alteryx licenses to ensure maximum efficiency of workflow development focused on highest priority business cases
- Maintain Alteryx usage metrics and monitor time savings, improved controls, and other value
- Document Alteryx challenges, risks, issues, decisions, and action items including follow up with teams to ensure timely reply and/or action
- Drive operational efficiency by establishing and maintaining standard operation procedures for workflow deployment and best practices
- Collaborate with teams globally to ensure consistency in practice and compliance with policies and procedures
**Alteryx Training and Development**
- Enabling and Training Users - Conduct enablement sessions to provide hands on training of the Alteryx Designer and Server products
- Demonstrating Alteryx Proficiency - Remain up-to-date and certified on Alteryx solutions and products and maintain familiarity on finance data and processes
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php86,000.00 per month
