Finance Timekeeping Analyst

Location: Mandaluyong (Hybrid, 2 - 3 days onsite)

Qualifications: Obtained a Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 -4 years experience in Timekeeping/PayrollExperience Excel - consolidation/transferring a lot of data to Excel Description:
Finance Timekeeping Analyst responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of timekeeping records for payroll processing within the finance organization. This role involves analyzing and verifying timekeeping data, collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have background in finance and timekeeping processes, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
o Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance records.
o Monitor timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
o Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
o Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports.
o Identify areas of opportunities for standardization and process improvements
o Provide regular updates to management on timekeeping and payroll metrics.
o Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and issues.
o Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies and procedures.
o Maintain accurate and organized records of timekeeping and payroll activities.
